Unpowered ventilator

Non powered ventilators, also known as roof ventilators, natural ventilators, electric free ventilators, and turbine ventilators, are ventilation equipment installed on both sides of the roof ridge of industrial plants. They provide sufficient outdoor fresh air 24 hours a day without electricity, promote indoor air circulation and convection, improve indoor environment, and ensure the health of employees.

An unpowered ventilator utilizes the principle of natural air convection to accelerate and transform any parallel airflow into a vertical airflow from bottom to top; It is also a device that utilizes the chimney effect generated by the combination of buildings and equipment to achieve indoor and outdoor ventilation.

The ventilator adopts fully enclosed bearings and is lubrication free. C45 steel, as the main shaft, has strong corrosion resistance. Wave shaped blades are designed based on precise principles of fluid mechanics, increasing the contact and angle between the fan blades and the wind. They can also obtain greater rotational force in gentle winds, avoiding the phenomenon of wind pouring into the air duct from all directions. They also use wind from all directions to accelerate the rotation speed of the turbine head, fully playing the role of rain, snow, and exhaust. Due to the use of wave shape, the mechanical strength is greatly enhanced, and it has the best pressure bearing capacity among similar products!
